All Hallows College has been running Pre-Marriage education courses since June 2004.
In the seven intervening years thousands of couples have completed the PREP Pre-Marriage Course at our Drumcondra location.
A Venue with a DifferenceAll Hallows College has a unique, rural setting in the heart of the city. Located in Drumcondra, close to the City Centre, it is well served by public transport and the M50 road network. There is ample, free parking for all couples attending our pre-marriage course. The course has maintained a consistent 95% recommendation rate from participating couples.
In 2010, 47% of couples who attended the course were referred by a relative or friend who had attended.
With no group work or role play - this is a relaxed experience, not to be feared.
PREP Studies examine what helps make successful relationships. These studies show that couples who learn PREP skills have a 50% higher success rate at staying together and are happier in their relationships that similar couples without this valuable training.

Manage conflicts without damaging closeness
Preserve and Enhance Love, Commitment and Friendship
The All Hallows pre-Marriage course is an acceptable form of preparation for marriage, as required by the Catholic Church:
We have a dedicated module on the Sacrament of Marriage, presented by one of a panel of priests
from the Archdiocese of Dublin
Our Certificate of Completion is accepted by priests conducting marriages abroad,
as well as throughout Ireland
Our course is centred around the couple and their needs, with no group work
and no unnecessary sharing of personal information
Our Facilitators are highly qualified, with ongoing training in therapeutic methods, counselling,
canon law and clinical training in relationship therapy
Regular attendance by our facilitators at training and seminars around current thinking
and contemporary research on marriage and long-term relationship support
Our course is listed on gettingmarried.ie, a website set up jointly by ACCORD and CatholicIreland.net

Course TimesCourses take place on Saturdays, full day (9.30am – 5.30pm)
or over two Thuesday evenings (7.00pm- 10.00pm).
You must attend both evenings.
Course Cost: €150
Individual 'Couple Sessions' are also available on request at a cost of €220.
They are held on weekdays - mornings or afternoons only.
